Ce petit biscuit français fait un carton outre-Atlantique. Simple et rapide à faire, ses secrets de fabrication en quelques lignes. Petit challenge pour les moins anglophones d'entre vous, la recette est en anglais !
For about 35-40 biscuits :
- 3 eggs white
- 1 egg yolk
- 120 g sugar or 6-7 tablespoons
- 100 g flour (wheat flour) or 4-5 tablespoons
- 80 g salted butter or 3 oz
- almonds
Recipe :
- Melt the butter and let to cool it.
- Mix the eggs white with sugar (without to raise the eggs white).
- Add the egg yolk, flour and melt butter.
- Onto baking sheet covered with a parchment paper, drop teaspoon amounts.
Spread with the back of the spoon. The circles must be spaced !
- Sprinkle each biscuit with about 1/2 tablespoon sliced almonds.
- Bake at 400°F (204°C) until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
That's it !
